    Science continues to better our understanding of the blurred boundaries between physical, mental and emotional health. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) connects the three aspects of health through confidential behavioral health services for individuals, work-life support, individual and group training opportunities, and on-site crisis counseling.

    Immediate Access

    Our EAP professionals understand the importance of responding quickly when an employee reaches out. EAP staff personally answers phones -- within two rings during business hours -- and guides employees to the right resources without delay.

    Support for All

    Through the program, employees gain access to short-term support services and can receive referrals for longer-term care. Equally important, EAP supports managers dealing with difficult situations through training, telephone support and crisis management.
